Multi-type Wheel

Multi-type wheels improve the productivity of high quality dicing and grooving process which were performed with single blade. Dicing, grooving and forming wheels can be combined into one unit. The assembled wheels on the flange will be electroformed, so that the pitch accuracy of each wheel and total accumulated pitch accuracy will be dramatically improved. Resin metal bond is also available.
