I start for my new post far from Kanagawa and become more than one year to work in our Development Division.　I do not do a thing concerned with the scientific root that makes 1 from zero pushed forward at the laboratory of the national university and the research institute of the major company even if I say development.　Because I make 1 from zero, an infinite effort and the brain of the genius are necessary, but still, as for the thing announced as a success example in the world, 0.1% (1/1000) will be less than it.

It is the development that, so to speak, does 1 to 100 that I challenge whether the thing which our Development Division aims at puts materials in the world and an established technique together, and you cannot make a new whetstone product.　Because it is 100 times than infinity, the probability of reaching it rises far for realization.

Like a major company and a research organization, a chance of the possible development occurs to both the fund and the human resources there in the medium and small-sized business which cannot put most at time either.

In addition, in the medium and small-sized business, the damage is no match for the major company when the thing which I developed does not sell.　Therefore, our Development Division must push forward development while making adjustment so that there is not the thing which does not sell by close cooperation with the business.　In addition, as for the reason to hesitate about in being supported by every possible outside resource, there are none when the works have big possibility of the market acquisition when development target is too big and does not match stature for us.　I was adopted by "manufacturing, commerce, a service innovation subsidy" of 27 having been adopted two years in a row in 2014 and a strategic generic technology advancement support project of 2015, and, Yamagata engineering center, Yamagata University, outside fund and human resources, an intellect fortune came to be finally got by receiving technological assistance from sum mill, Iwate University.　Please wait to enjoy that an epoch-making product is announced by the small whetstone company of Niigata.

I took up a job in Niigata leaving his family behind and passed more than one year.　Only looking at the photograph of the pet dog of Kanagawa; heal it.

I chase it when I look at the dog taking a walk in Niigata until I overlap with a pet dog and lose my eyesight.

From the middle of May of this year through July, there was the dog which stood still on the road in front of the site of the company only on around the daytime of Sunday.　I did a collar, but both the collar and the body finished becoming dirty and saw it like a considerable old dog from how to walk.　I show the behavior that I look puzzled when I talk and listen attentively to.　I leave toward the grassy place when I do it for around 15 minutes, but sometimes look back toward the back.　I intended to name it, but as it was a house dog, that one which I named thought whether it was rudeness though probably there was already the name and called it "only with yaa".　When I approach to put up bread for lunch, I do not come and do not escape.　When I did it in around January and it was far in the distance and saw it, I added the bread which I put on the road and left.　I thought that I could keep it in a company, but, well, I thought that it would be a good idea to be able to meet only on Sunday, but the dog did not come as it was an impossible wish even if then I waited how much on the third Sunday.　　Then I came until today without meeting twice, but pray that I want to remember that it was, and to be safe, and a person to talk to to be for two months when I see the dog which left while it is more than it. .

It was why and was still a mysterious dog without on weekdays when I would see it only on Sunday on Saturday.
